For the City Times
The Central Wisconsin Cultural Center has issued a call to art.
Artists are encouraged to submit pieces reflecting the cranberry industry in the Central Wisconsin area for Cranberry Festival 2017. Artwork for the exhibit will be chosen from submissions.
Submission deadline for the exhibit is March 2, with the opening slated for March 10.
All submissions may be the actual pieces or photos/digital images of the work in total. All pieces must be ready to hang or display (no submissions accepted without showing the painting or photo framed and/or ready for hanging).
Submission will stay on display through April 29, 2017 and must be picked up May 2, 3 or 4, 2017. If items are not picked up by end of business day, May 4, or other arrangements made, the work will be considered abandoned.
Abandoned (never picked up) artwork becomes a donation to the Cultural Center. The piece may be donated or sold with full purchase price going to the Cultural Center.
