‘Healthy Living With Diabetes’ Class Slated for September-October

Living with diabetes? Need a refresher or not sure where to start? Looking for new tips and ideas?
Healthy Living with Diabetes is a six-week class to help adults living with type 2 diabetes, pre-diabetes, or who live with someone that does. In this weekly interactive class, hosted by the Aging & Disability Resource Center of Central Wisconsin, attendees will learn to set goals, problem-solve, improve blood sugar, make healthy food choices, and discover new solutions to live well.
The classes will run from Monday, Sept. 18 through Monday, Oct. 23 from 9:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Pre-registration is required for these classes. For more information, or to sign up, please call 1-888-486-9545.
