Package Theft: In the early afternoon, dispatch was notified of multiple UPS packages stolen from a residence in the area of Franklin St.
Day Drunks: At 11:04 a.m. a call was made to report an intoxicated couple leaving a grocery store with a child on the 1200 block of Eighth St. South.
Holiday Spirit: At 6:43 p.m. a complaint was made from the 400 block of 13th Ave. North concerning Christmas laser lights that had been pointing onto nearby roads, making is difficult for drivers to see.
Boozehounds: At 12:03 a.m. a call was made from a hotel on the 3300 block of Eighth St. South regarding a man and a woman who had allegedly been making plans to steal alcohol from a nearby retail store.

Erratic Driver: At 6:55 a.m. a report of an erratic driver was made, who had been swerving all over the road in the area of E. Grand Ave.
Lost & Found: At 11:07 p.m. a call was made to report two cards found in an ATM at a credit union on Fourth Ave. North.
Phantom Smells: At 1:34 a.m. police were notified of a resident who allegedly always uses drugs in the area of 10th Ave. North, and that the place always “smells” like drugs — police would find no such smell.

The Grinch Who Stole a Wreath: At 11:28 a.m. a report was made from the 100 block of 19th Ave. South concerning the theft of a wreath from outside of the residence.
Attempted Slashing: At 4:20 p.m. a complaint was made from the 1300 block of W. Grand Ave. regarding a man who attempted to slash the caller’s tires.
Leaning Pole: At 7:58 p.m. a call was made to report a light pole that was leaning in the area of W. Grand Ave. near the 2500 block.
