Rapids Welcomes New Officers to the Force

WISCONSIN RAPIDS — Rapids police welcomed two new members to the force on Tuesday night.
Joseph Foy and Lucas Krier were sworn into active duty by City Clerk Paul Przybelski, and Chief of Police Erman Blevins. They will be appointed as patrol officers for the department. Family members pinned their badges on them shortly after the swear-in.
