WISCONSIN RAPIDS — Employees at two Wisconsin Rapids companies will see wage increases and other benefits due to a newly ratified union contract.
Both sides from Aspirus Riverview Hospital and Bull’s Eye Credit Union worked with Office and Professional Employees International Union (OPEIU) Local 95 to come to mutual agreements last week.
According to OPEIU Local 95, the Aspirus Riverview Hospital contract is a two-year agreement that will result in wage increases of 4% over the next two years, increases to shift differential pay, delayed changes to paid time off, and a $450.00 ratification bonus. Bull’s Eye Credit Union’s agreement will last three years and bring a 6.5% wage increase to its employees over the next three years, and no increase in medical premiums.
“In both contracts we continue good working relationships with the management teams of Bull’s Eye Credit Union and Aspirus Riverview Hospital,” said Kathryn Bartlett-Mulvihill, President and Business Manager of OPEIU Local 95 & 39. “We look forward to building on our relationships with the employers in the future.”
