“Voice Your Choice” Aspiring Women Ladies’ Nights Out

Ladies… Who will make your health care decisions for you if you are unable to make or communicate them yourself? If you want to choose who that is, you need to complete an Advance Directive.
Learn how at the free Aspiring Women ladies’ night out, “Voice Your Choice.”
Aspirus Social Workers Cheryl Wessling and Katie Schneider will discuss why every adult needs an Advance Directive. They will also explain how to complete and file this important document to ensure your choices are honored.
Ladies will also sample “choice” appetizers and take home an Advance Care Planning Kit and Aspiring Women gift.
The admission fee is one regular-size jar of jelly or natural peanut butter, which will go to area families in need.
“Voice Your Choice” will be held from 5:30 to 7 pm at the Hotel Mead in Wisconsin Rapids on Wednesday, April 4, and at the Stevens Point Country Club on Wednesday, April 11. Just pick the ladies’ night out that best fits your schedule when you register.
