A 29-year-old man faces charges of operating while intoxicated after reports state that he was found to have been drinking and driving in the city of Marshfield.
Justin Goldamer, of Wisconsin Rapids, is charged with his seventh offense of operating while intoxicated. According to police reports, on Feb. 7, 2016, Goldamer operated a motor vehicle under the influence of intoxicants.
Goldamer has been convicted of six prior charges of operating while intoxicated.
If convicted, Goldamer faces up to 10 years in prison and up to $25,000 in fines. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for Feb. 23. Goldamer is currently out on a $3,500 cash bond.
