The Wisconsin Rapids Plan Commission will meet Monday to consider a new large-scale apartment complex.

A 56-unit apartment complex is planned on the 700 block of 32nd Street North. The property is owned by SC Swiderski LLC. The company already operates several similar properties in communities across Central Wisconsin, including Plover, Stevens Point and Merrill.

The property is located in a R-3 multi-family residential district.

The Plan Commission meets at 4 PM in the first floor conference room of City Hall, 444 West Grand Ave. The public is welcome to attend.
