City leaders in Wisconsin Rapids are inviting the public for a late night stroll on June 3.

Officials from Supermass, a New York-based design firm, will be on hand to highlight options for the future design of the riverfront.

City leaders in June approved hiring Supermass to complete a final design for the riverfront, as part of Mayor Zach Vruwink’s plan to create a tourist draw and more defined community event space in the area.

The event begins with a reception and brief presentation at 8:30 PM in Council Chambers at City Hall, 444 West Grand Avenue, followed by a walk to the riverfront. The public is encouraged to attend.
