A Wisconsin Rapids man and woman face multiple charges after two separate disturbances within four days.

Raquel Aguilar, 47, is charged with misdemeanor charges of battery, two counts of disorderly conduct and bail jumping. For the charges of battery and bail jumping, class A misdemeanors, she faces up to nine months imprisonment or a $10,000 fine or both for each charge. For the class B misdemeanor charges of disorderly conduct, she could see a maximum sentence of 90 days imprisonment or a $1,000 fine or both for each charge.

Kevin Troyanoski, 48, is charged with criminal damage to property, a class A misdemeanor with a maximum charge of nine months imprisonment or a $10,000 fine or both if convicted.

According to court documents, on August 18 at 12:36 PM, a Wisconsin Rapids police officer was dispatched to a residence on the 100 block of English Oak Dr. in Wisconsin rapids where Troyanoski lived with Aguilar and their daughter. When officers arrived, Troyanoski said he had come home that day with another female and Aguilar had become angry.

Troyanoski reported that Aguilar had confronted him and then threw a pizza at him, broke a bottle of alcohol and then threw his belongings outside into the rain. He also told police she had punched him in the back of the head.

Aguilar was released on a $150 cash bond under the restriction that she commit no other crimes.

A few days later on August 21, a police officer was dispatched to a residence on the 100 block of 14th Ave. S. Upon police arrival, Aguilar told officers she had visited the home to drop off mail for Troyanoski. She told police that when she saw he was at the home, she immediately went to her vehicle. Troyanoski then allegedly came out of the home and used his elbow to break the front passenger window of Aguilar’s truck.

According to Troyanoski’s report, he was in the house when Aguilar entered and then punched him in the forehead. Police observed a small cut above his left eye.

He admitted to breaking the window of the truck but said it happened when he tripped and stumbled into it.

At her initial appearance in Wood County court on September 14, a $5,000 signature bond was set for Aguilar and she is to have no contact with Troyanoski or his residence. She returns to court on October 23 at 9:00 AM for a pre-trial conference.

Troyanoski makes his initial appearance in Wood County court on September 28 at 9:00 AM.
