Local Seniors Named Academic All-State in Football

Three area football players have been given the title of Academic All-State for their school performance during the 2015 season.
Wisconsin Rapids High School senior Jake Elliot and Assumption seniors Brady Baltus and Nathaniel Clark have earned the title of Academic All-State Individuals by the Wisconsin Football Coaches Association.
Individual football players are awarded the honor of Academic All-State based on three stringent criteria:
- Age: 12th Grade
- Academic Qualification: 3.75 GPA or higher
- Athletic Qualification: Varsity Letterwinner
