Local History Videos by Paul Gross on Sale for Christmas

For the City Times
2015 marks the 50th anniversary of the first history video that Wisconsin Rapids videographer and retired-jeweler Paul Gross wrote and produced, a number that has since reached 30.
As a holiday tradition, Gross has made his videos available during the Christmas season and presents his latest production as the perfect gift for that “hard to buy for” person.
At 92, Paul’s eyesight has been failing and he was unable to produce a new video this year so he has selected five of his favorites and he calls his latest, “Paul’s Favorite Five, which includes “Tom Taylor’s Days,” “After the War, Part One – The West Side,” “After the War, Part Two – The East Side,” “Our Industrial Past” and “A Bird’s Eye View of Wisconsin Rapids.”
Gross’s videos are now available on DVD and they normally sell for $20 apiece. As a special holiday promotion, these five favorites are available for only $80. That’s five for the price of four. Your purchase will also include a booklet that contains a brief outline of all 30 videos that Paul has written and produced over the past fifty years.
“Paul’s Favorite Five” are now available at Daly Drug, Gary’s Coins and Paul Gross Jewelers. All proceeds go to the South Wood County Historical Museum.
