NEW: Police Seeking Two Suspects Following Attack and Theft

The Wisconsin Rapids Police Department are actively seeking two suspects, one known, following an alleged attack and theft on Sunday evening.
Police are seeking one suspect described as a white male in his early 20s, about five feet, seven inches tall with short brown hair and a wearing a black hoodie. The other suspect is known to be 17-year-old DeJohn Nash, Jr., a black male, five feet, six inches tall with black hair.
According to a release by the WRPD, on Sunday Dec. 13 at about 9:05 PM, officers were dispatched to an apartment on the 500 block of Third Street South in response to a reported disturbance.
When police arrived, they spoke with the 22-year-old male victim who lived at the apartment. The victim said he had answered his door early that evening and two subjects forcibly entered his apartment and demanded money and other items from him.
During the struggle, one suspect produced a shotgun and hit the victim at least three times in the face with the butt of the gun. The suspects held the victim in his apartment as they stole his belongings before fleeing the area.
