A wind chill advisory has been issued through 9 AM on Monday.

The National Weather Service in Green Bay warns wind chills will reach 20 to 30 below zero Monday morning.

The freezing weather will continue through Wednesday, with less than an inch of snow and blustery winds expected Tuesday.

Anyone going outside should dress warmly with hats and gloves. Motorists are asked to use caution.
