Police and Sheriff Calls Jan. 23
Strapped for Cash: A 60-year-old male called police at 1:10 PM to complain that a female was at his home in the 1200 block of 1st St. N. This female was harassing him and wanted $50 for sex. The female since left the scene before police could arrive.
For the Record: A woman called dispatch at 6:40 AM to let them know that “for the record” that the railroad on 17th Ave and Bonow Ave were blocked due to a train for 45 minutes.
Not so Secret Admirer: At 2:10 AM a male called dispatch to complain about a 25-year-old female that “won’t leave him alone” on the residential block of Jackson Ave. The complainant, however, stated that he didn’t want anything done at this time, and the incident has been closed.
Stealing Legos: Return fraud was reported by an employee at Walmart a 2:55 PM. The persons involved, a 60-year-old male and a 30-year-old male were caught returning a box of Legos without the Legos inside of the box, but instead a box full of garbage. Police would catch up with the two Lego thieves and the incident has since been closed.
Hitchhiker’s Guide to Marshfield: At 4:00 AM at the West Side Kwik Trip, a report was called in about a female who was asking males for a ride to Marshfield in the parking lot. By the time patrol would arrive, the female was reported to have left with another female.
