Hit and Run: At 8:46 a.m. a call was made to dispatch an officer to Copps on 900 E. Riverview Expressway regarding a hit and run. The officer would later catch up to the driver and the incident has been closed.
Respect your Elders: At 12:39 p.m. a call was placed from the Riverview Hospital parking garage regarding an elderly woman that the family did not know what to do with. She refused to leave the garage, and continued her resistance while smoking cigarettes. The family would eventually help her home and human services were called. The incident has been closed.
Who let the dog out?: A call was placed from the 100 block of 16th St N. at 1:22 p.m. regarding a dog barking uncontrollably in the area. The complainant was afraid to get close to the yellow lab. The incident has been closed.
Who let the dog out, again?: At 6:41 p.m. a call was placed from a resident on the 1200 block of High St. regarding a dog bite. The dog bit the complainant in the face, chest and arm. The humane society was contacted and the incident has been closed.
Okay, enough with the dogs, already: At 9:46 p.m. a call was placed from an employee at Eway Sales ands Pawn Shop on 8th St. South regarding two black dogs running down the street. Dispatch recorded the complaint and the incident has been closed.
