Technical Difficulties: At 8:47 a.m. a call was placed to dispatch regarding lights flashing at the railroad crossing by 1st St. North and Love St. This had been happening for 15 minutes, and there was no train present. CN was contacted and the incident is closed.

Forgotten Dogs: At 6:05 a.m. a call was placed by a concerned landlord from the 1100 block of 3rd St. North regarding tenants that he is unable to get a hold of. The landlord hasn’t made contact with the tenants in three months, and stated that there are two dogs in the residence. Officers were called to check on the situation and the incident has been closed.

Physical Pest: A call was placed from the 2900 block of W. Grand Ave. from a resident who complained of being attacked by a person who refused to leave the residence. Both subjects were intoxicated, and by the time officers arrived, the attacker had left. The incident has been closed.

Crisis Intervention: At 2:58 a.m. a call was placed from the 3200 block of Franklin St. regarding a teenage girl reportedly cutting her wrists. A safety plan has been put in place by crisis intervention and the incident has been closed.
