Door Kicked In: AT 8:46 a.m. a call was made to dispatch on Black Oak Cir. regarding a burglary. The care taker called this in and police observed the front door kicked in. A report has been made and the incident has been closed.
Lost and Found: At 11:34 a.m. a call was made from the 1000 block of W. Grand Ave. regarding a lost cigarette case with a bank card inside. Luckily, the case was found, the complainant was called and it was returned to her. The incident has been closed.
Battery: At 11:14 p.m. a man was jumped and stabbed by the 500 block of Avon St. The man who was stabbed refused an ambulance, but his friend who called in the assault drove him to the E.R. while police conducted further investigations. The incident is closed.
Your Meds aren’t Working: At 4:22 p.m. a call was placed from a concerned resident about an accident by E. Riverview Expressway and 1st St. North. This driver landed himself into a snowbank and hit a fire hydrant. The driver told police that he didn’t feel good after taking his prescribed medication. He suffered no injuries but was issued a citation and the incident is closed.
