Wisconsin Rapids Man Faces Fourth OWI Charge

A 55-year-old man is facing charges of his fourth OWI after officers say he drove while intoxicated.
Tyrone Hutton, of Wisconsin Rapids, is charged with his fourth OWI, as well as operating a vehicle while his license is revoked.
According to reports, on Feb. 7, 2016, Hutton was found by officers to have been operating a vehicle while appearing to be under the influence of alcohol. Hutton has had three prior convictions of OWI in five years. Hutton also refused to take a breathalyzer test.
If convicted, Hutton faces up to six years imprisonment and up to $10,000 in fines. He plead not guilty to related charges of operating while revoked on Feb. 10 and is scheduled for a preliminary hearing on Feb. 19.
