Confused: At 7:33 a.m. a call was made from a resident on the corner of 6th St South and Chestnut regarding a man who had his arms out flagging people down while on his knees. An ambulance was called due to reports of the man having chest pain. The incident has been closed.
Could you turn that down!?: At 4:17 p.m. a call was placed to dispatch on the 1100 block of 16th St. North in complaints of a neighbor with their TV turned up too loud. The complainant allegedly informed dispatch that the man was listening to adult videos too loudly. A warning was issued to the resident and the incident has been closed.
Donut Disturbance: At 9:14 p.m. a call was made from the 1900 block of Lincoln St. in complaints of a resident doing donuts in the parking lot with their car. The person was caught, towed to Nieman’s and the incident has been closed.
Pitiful Patrons: At 2:35 a.m. a call was made from the 100 block of 2nd St. North regarding a patron who didn’t pay their $40 tab. The police caught up with the patrons and were caught for their alleged crime. The incident has been closed.
