Smokin’ in the hotel room: At 2:59 p.m. a call was made from a hotel on 8th St. South regarding a complaint of a patron “smoking drugs” in the hotel room. The subjects left the room and a report was made. The incident is closed.
Humane Society to the Rescue: At 6:38 p.m. a call was made from a resident on the 2500 block of 2nd St. South in regards to an animal they believe is not properly being taken care of. Nobody would speak to officers on the scene, and the humane society was called to the scene to take the dog. The incident has been closed.
I’m seeing things: At 6:21 p.m. a call was made from the 400 block of Dewey St. regarding a man and a woman who were hallucinating on drugs. The incident is closed.
The bird is the word: At 6:21 p.m. a call was made regarding an incident at the corner of Washington St. and State Highway 54. A woman in a vehicle flipped off the complainant and drove to a nearby parking lot. Officers arrived to check on the complaint and after making contact with her, it was found that she was wanted by authorities. The incident has been closed.
