A 22-year-old woman is charged with reckless driving to cause bodily harm after police say she hit another woman with her vehicle after an altercation.

Quiana Hiserman, of Wisconsin Rapids, is charged with reckless driving to cause bodily harm and disorderly conduct. According to police documents, on Oct. 31, 2015, an officer was dispatched to the area of County Rd. N at Maple St. in the village of Arpin.

According to Hiserman’s passenger in the vehicle, they were both traveling in the area of County Rd. N when Hiserman noticed another woman that she does not get along with. Hiserman pulled the car over to get out of the vehicle to confront the complainant, and started an altercation in the middle of the road, pulling her hair in the process.

According to the complaint, Hiserman then got in her vehicle and drove at the complainant, who jumped on the hood of Hiserman’s car to avoid being struck, causing the complainant’s leg to be stuck in the grill of the vehicle. Hiserman allegedly backed up her vehicle which caused the complainant to be dragged while her leg was stuck in the grill of the car.

If convicted, Hiserman faces up to one year in prison for reckless driving, 90 days imprisonment for disorderly conduct, and up to $3,000 in fines. Her pre-trial conference is scheduled for Feb. 26.
