Who Let the Dogs Out?: At 9:18 a.m. a call was placed from the 1500 block of 17th Ave. South regarding two large dogs running loose in and around the property. A warning was issued and the incident is closed.

Looking for My Dog: At 4:46 p.m. a call was made from 2500 block of Engler Dr. regarding two males walking through nearby backyards. They were contacted by officers and the men were simply looking for a lost dog. The incident has been closed.

Trust Issues: At 8:40 p.m. a call was made from the 2800 block of Boles St. regarding a complaint of theft. The complainant gave a friend her debit card to take out money, and the friend took out more than she told her to, and hadn’t returned the card. Officers made contact with the friend and a resolution was formed. The incident is closed.

Attempted Knife Attack: A call was made from the 4500 block of Martin Rd. regarding an attack on a complainant with a knife. The complainant allegedly told dispatch that his girlfriend tried to attack him with a knife, but he took the knife away from her. The woman was at her family’s house when the call was made to dispatch. The incident is closed.
