The public hearing will be a part of the common council meeting scheduled for Mar. 15. The proposal for rate increase was discussed at the Feb. 9 Finance and Property Committee meeting, which can be viewed here.

The common council meeting will be held at 6:00 p.m. at city hall, located at 444 W. Grand Ave. in Wisconsin Rapids.
