Seriously Strange: A call was made at 4:45 p.m. from the 1100 block of 3rd St. North regarding trespassers in his house. The complainant stated that there were three people in his living room. He did not know who these people were, and they have been staring at the ceiling for half an hour. Officers arrived to the residence, but found nobody there but his roommate. A report was made and the incident is closed.

Loud and Intoxicated: A call was made from the 100 block of Big Oak Rd. regarding a complaint of an intoxicated man who almost hit her children with a car. Officers arrived to take care of the situation and the incident is closed.

Drunk Thievery: At 5:41 p.m. a call was made from a business on the 4300 block of 8th St. South regarding an intoxicated female who had been stealing various items in the store. Officers caught up to her and the incident is closed.

Welfare Check: At 2:04 p.m. a call was made from the 1000 block of Washington St. regarding a male who had been doing drugs for a week. The complainant stated she was giving him Epsom salt to shoot up, since the user thinks it is more drugs. Officers arrived to an empty house, however, and the incident is closed.
