Welfare Check: A call was placed from the 300 block of 17th St. North regarding a concerned resident requesting a welfare check on two friends who he was unable to contact earlier. The caller fears that they may have overdosed. Officers were unable to locate one of the two people the caller mentioned and the incident is closed.
You Forgot Something: At 10:12 a.m. a call was placed to dispatch from the 400 block of W. Grand Ave. regarding a firearm that was found by a person at a motel. The firearm was dropped off the police department and the incident is closed.
Naked and Cold: At 10:47 a.m. a call was placed from the 400 block of Dewey St. regarding a toddler running around naked, with only a diaper down to her knees. An officer made contact with a man at the residence who did not realize the toddler was outside. The child is fine, but had goosebumps from the cold weather. The incident is closed.
Pellet Gun Damage: At 8:51 a.m. a call was placed from the 1000 block of 2nd St. North regarding vehicle damage caused by a pellet gun. A report has been made and the incident is closed.
