Mysterious 911 Call: A call was made to 911 where nobody answered on the line, but a female voice was heard in the background. There was reportedly a lot of beeping during the call, as well. Patrol checked up on the residence in question and everything was okay.

Cutter: At 4:36 a.m. a call was placed from the 1800 block of 4th St. South regarding a man who had cut himself. He told authorities that he was not suicidal, but that he was just cutting himself. Assistance was rendered and a report was made.
