5K Walk & Run Set for May 14

The South Wood County Humane Society will be hosting it’s annual 5K Walk & Run plus Plant Sale on May 14, at the South Wood County Humane Society.
Pre-Registration is $20 for the event, which includes a 5K9 event t-shirt. The pre-registration deadline is May 2.
Pledged prizes include: raise $75 and recieve free registration & humane society t-shirt; raise $200 and receieve free registration and a humane society hoodie.
Registration on that day is at 9:00 a.m., with a scheduled runner’s start time of 9:30 a.m., and walker’s start time of 9:35 a.m.
From 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. a vendor fair will be held from local businesses and crafts. There will also be an accompanying plant sale with the vendor fair. Pet microchipping will also be offered at $15 per pet.
