Police & Sheriff Calls for Apr. 9

Here, Piggy: At 1:17 p.m. a call was made from a business on the 2800 block of 8th St. South regarding a pig roaming around the area. The pig was estimated around 40 pounds, and the humane society was called to take care of the situation.
Threatening Calls: At 8:19 pp.m. a call was made from the 1900 block of Oak St. regarding complaints of receiving calls and texts threatening to kill her. Both parties agreed to stop contacting one another.
Late Night Disturbance: At 11:13 p.m. a call was made from the 700 block of Baker St. regarding fighting neighbors. One of the neighbors in question came to the caller’s door and asked them to call police.
Annoying Dog: At 9:57 p.m. a call was made from the corner of 5th St. North and Avon St. regarding a dog who had been barking for over 2 hours. Police arrived in to the area and heard nothing.
