Police & Sheriff Calls for Apr. 18
Loose Change: At 8:25 a.m. a call was made from the 1900 bloc of 19th Ave. South regarding a vehicle break-in. It was reported that two dollars in change was stolen.
Strange Activity: At 11:06 a.m. a call was made from the 2800 block of 10th St. South regarding “strange activity” at a nearby residence. The caller states he could hear screaming and hollering, and suspected drug activity taking place. He also reported multiple vehicles pulling in and out of the residence, and men running out of the residence with backpacks.
Troublemakers: At 5:21 p.m. a call was made from the corner of Goodnow Ave. and Sampson St. regarding multiple kids, ages 6 to 7, dumping garbage and tipping the cans over by a nearby park.
Falling Over: At 9:50 p.m. a call was made from the 2900 block of 8th St. South regarding a man and a woman, seemingly highly intoxicated, who kept on falling over on the sidewalk. It was reported that they made it to their hotel room safely.
