Police & Sheriff Calls for Apr. 26

Tough Love: At 8:50 a.m. a call was made from the 2300 block of 48th St. South regarding a mother waiting for her child in a parking lot. She waived for the child to get into the vehicle, and when the child did not comply, she lurched the car at the child, threatening her.
Suspicious Emails: At 5:45 p.m. a call was made from the 1400 block of 21st Ave. South regarding suspicious emails received by the caller. Whoever was behind the emails started to call her son soon after.
Bomb Scare: At 5:13 a.m. a call was made from a business on the 2100 block of 8th St. South regarding a bomb threat called in. The building was found to be okay.
Dog Bite: At 10:48 a.m. a call was made from the 700 block of Baker St. from a man bit by a small dog.
