Police & Sheriff Calls for Apr. 28
Welfare Check: At 2:17 p.m. a call was made from the 700 block of Wisconsin St. regarding a violent family member that was using drugs around children. Officers arrived to find no alcohol, drugs or children at the residence.
Rim Thief: At 12:57 a.m. a call was made from the 40 block of Oak Leaf Circle regarding a man who allegedly tried to steal bike rims from the caller’s garage. The man ran off into the woods when spotted.
Door Pest: At 2:54 a.m. a call was made from a motel on the 900 block of Huntington Ave. regarding a person was knocking on all doors in the establishment.
Domestic Disturbance: At 10:31 p.m. a call was made from the 1100 block of 19th Ave. South regarding a physical altercation where a man pushed a woman into a television. The woman cut her hand and was taken to the hospital.
