“Stuff the Desk” Gives School Supplies to Children in Need

The United Way is teaming up with Wisconsin Rapids Public Schools for it’s annual “Stuff the Desk” campaign.

This campaign seeks to give children in need the necessary school supplies for the coming year. This is for families experiencing financial hardships. Youth in grades 4K-12 will qualify for the program.

To participate, families will have to registration form which will be linked at the bottom. The deadline is Jul. 22.

The event will be held on Aug. 13, from 8:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. at Lincoln High School. For more information, please call United Way’s 2-1-1 line, or visit uwiw.org.
