Police & Sheriff Calls for May 27
Blind Spot: At 8:45 a.m. a call was made from the 1000 block of W. Grand Ave. regarding a complaint of being unable to see down the street due to large trucks parked on the sidewalk.
Scooter Thief: At 4:28 p.m. a call was made from the 600 block of 13th St. South regarding a stolen scooter. The scooter was white with pink handles.
Dog’s Day: At 8:36 p.m. a call was made from the Expressway and 2nd Ave. regarding a dog running in and out of traffic, ending up down by a nearby river.
Drunk on a Porch: At 3:10 a.m. a call was made from the 1400 block of Oak St. regarding an intoxicated man who fell off his porch. The ambulance was called to the scene.
