Lester Library – New Addition — 10:00 a.m.

A new addition will be added to the Lester Public Library of Rome. The public is invited and refreshments will be provided. Lester Public Library is located at 1157 Rome Center Dr. in Nekoosa.

Ho-Chunk Gaming Lucky 21 Night At the Races – 4:30 p.m./race time at 7:45 p.m.

Golden Sands Speedway hosts Lucky 21 night — a night where fans will draw a card after each race. If 21 is hit, there will be a $1 concession special through the next race. For more information visit gssraces.com. Golden Sands Speedway is located at 10992 Highway 54 in Wisconsin Rapids.

Friday, Jun. 10
2 Left Feet at 4 Stools — 6:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.

Live music at 4 Stools Short in the beer garden from 6:30-10:30. This event will be held, weather permitting. 4 Stools is located at 180 2nd St. North. in Wisconsin Rapids.

Saturday, Jun. 11
Wisconsin Rapids Dance Recital — 1:00 p.m. & 7:00 p.m.

A dance recital for Wisconsin Rapids area students will be hosted at by the Performing Arts Center. Shows will be at 1:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. Tickets are $10.00. The Performing Arts Center is located at 1801 16th St. South.

Saturday, Jun. 11
6th Annual Renaissance Race Against Cancer — 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.

Inspired by Renaissance employees who lost their battles with cancer, this race gives anyone the opportunity to honor friends and loved ones affected by cancer. All proceeds go to the Patient Care Fund at the UW Cancer Center Riverview. Admission is $30 for 5K, and $35 for 10K. Kids can run free of charge. This event will be held at 911 Peach St. in Wisconsin Rapids.

Saturday, Jun. 11
Mud Drags at Octane — 10:00 a.m.

Burnout contests and a dirty dash for cash in culmination of a day of muddy fun. There will be new and improved pits and and a fast dry track. Entrance fee is $5, pit pass is $10, and truck entry is $20. Octane Bar is located at 9047 State Highway 13 South.
