Police & Sheriff calls for Jun. 12
Chased by Ninjas: At 2:48 p.m. a call was made from the 500 block of Chestnut St. regarding a 33-year-old who crawled through a family member’s window. He was reported to have been hallucinating. The caller claimed she was told that the man stated he was being chased by ninjas wearing white masks.
Garage Sale Counterfeit: At 11:59 a.m. a call was made from the 1200 block of Chase St. regarding a man who paid for an item at a garage sale with counterfeit money.
Troubled Kids: A call was made from the corner of 12th St. South and E. Grand Ave. regarding a group of kids going door to door asking for drugs.
911 Cable Emergency: At 9:28 p.m. a call was made from the 1300 block of McKinley St. regarding a man who was reported to have sounded very confused, telling dispatch that he was having phone issues, and that “Charter was out to get him”
