Police & Sheriff Calls for Jun. 29
5 Hour Energy Thief: At 8:40 a.m. a call was made from a business on the 1700 block of 17th Ave. South regarding the theft of a 5 Hour Energy drink. This is allegedly an ongoing problem with the culprit.
Soliciting Gas: At 4:06 p.m. a call was made from the 900 block of E. Riverview Expressway regarding a man carrying a gas can who was soliciting for money.
Drunk with a Gun: At 10:26 p.m. a call was made from the 400 block of W. Grand Ave. regarding a bi-polar man who was allegedly drunk and carrying a gun. The caller lost contact with him, and his whereabouts are unknown.
Racing Disturbance: A call was made from the corner of Daly Ave. and 17th St. South regarding a complaint of a white vehicle racing around without the lights on while yelling things out the window.
