Police & Sheriff Calls for Aug. 2
On the Road Again: At 12:20 p.m. a call was made from the 2200 block of 6th St. South regarding a man, reported in his 50’s, pulling two suitcases behind him. He was also reported to have stumbled over and fell into a yard.
Some Friend: A call was made from the 300 block of 19th Ave. South regarding a friend who allegedly pawned his laptop.
Suspicious Activity: At 7:37 p.m. a call was made from the 4500 block of 8th St. South regarding a woman following an 80-year-old shirtless man behind a business.
Cat Nap: At 4:54 a.m. a call was made from the 100 block of 2nd St. North regarding a man sleeping outside of a tavern.
