Luedtke is a convicted sex offender, and according to Wisconsin State Statute 301.45 & 301.46, the Sex Offender Registration and Community Notification Law, the community must be notified based on the law, neighbors, schools, and businesses in the vicinity of a residence of an offender.

Luedtke is 57-years-old, with brown hair and blue eyes. He was convicted of two counts of first degree sexual assault of a child in 1994, and one count of 4th degree sexual assault in 1991. He was also convicted of one count 4th degree sexual assault in 1984.

Luedtke is a lifetime registered sex offender and must comply with all requirements upon release, including GPS monitoring. He will be under the supervision of the Wisconsin Department of Corrections until Apr. 18, 2018.

If you have any questions regarding Mr. Luedtke please call 715-423-4444.

“Please understand the Wisconsin Rapids Police Department wants to create and maintain a safe community, but we also understand the reality that people are released from prison and must be incorporated back into the community,” said Police Chief Kurt Heuer. “Thank you for your anticipated understanding in this matter. State law forbids the harassment of released sex offenders.”
