Wisconsin Rapids Weekend Rundown

Here is a quick rundown of weekend events in the Wisconsin Rapids area.

Friday, Sept. 2
The Fruit Club — 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

The fruit club is back in town, and they are offering nectarines, peaches, and pears. Come by and stock up! These fruits will be located at 2711 16th St. South.

Friday, Sept. 2
Blues Summit Band — 7:00 p.m.

Get your fix of one of the best blues bands in Wisconsin Rapids as they play the Hotel Mead on Friday night. The Hotel Mead is located at 451 E. Grand Ave.

Saturday, Sept. 3
Big Dog Murphy and the Mob — 7:00 p.m.

Big Dog Murphy and the Mob will be playing Freddie’s Pub & Eatery on Saturday night. Freddie’s is located at 2010 Chestnut St. in Wisconsin Rapids.

Monday, Sept. 5
Super TUNDRA Racing — 11:00 a.m.

Super TUNDRA racing will be held at the Golden Sands Speedway. For more information, please visit gssraces.com

Monday, Sept. 5
Wisconsin Rapids Labor Day Celebration — 11:00 a.m.

A day filled with food, drinks, live music, free children’s rides, and more. This will take place at Robinson Park, located at 1150 17th St. North.
