Letter: Time for a Change in the 72nd Assembly District
To the Editor:
I read with interest the side-by-side articles from 72nd Assembly District candidates Gorski & Krug.
I was shocked that the incumbent Krug only addressed the politically safe issue of “making public schools my top priority”. Is Krug forgetting about the more controversial but environmentally important issue of clean water?
Krug authored and sponsored groundwater protection and high-capacity well bills last session, but now he seems to have forgotten about his constituents in the Central Sands.
On the other hand Gorski discussed many significant issues including schools, student loan debt, creating jobs, maintaining our roads and bridges, groundwater protection, and creating an independent Natural Resources Board — and Gorski outlined solutions.
VOTERS- it’s time for a change in Madison. David Gorski is a much better fit for the 72nd.
