Police & Sheriff Calls for Oct. 18
Fenced Out: At 11:31 a.m. a call was made from the corner of 32nd St. North and Franklin St. concerning an accident where a vehicle ran through a fence on the soccer field. No injuries were reported.
Wedding Veil Thief: At 12:21 p.m. a burglary was reported from the 1000 block of Two Mile Ave. where someone had allegedly broken into a garage and stole numerous items, including a wedding veil.
Playing in Traffic: At 8:48 p.m. a complaint was made from a caller on the 300 block of Lincoln St. concerning a dog running around a nearby field and in and out of traffic.
It’s Locked: At 11:55 p.m. a call was made from the 200 block of 8th Ave. North regarding a neighbor who had repeatedly pressed the remote lock on his car, causing a noisy disturbance.
