Face Picker: At 5:12 p.m. a call was made from a business at the 900 block of W. Grand Ave. in regards to a woman in the parking lot acting strange inside a vehicle, allegedly picking at her own face.

Grow Up: At 5:46 p.m. a call was made concerning juveniles on the 1400 block of 22nd Ave. South throwing things, kicking mailboxes, and causing a disturbance.

Spinning: A complaint was made at 8:23 p.m. on the corner of 16th St. North and Irving St. about a person spinning their tires and playing loud music.

Creeped Out: At call was made from a residence on the 400 block of 3rd St. South over concerns of the caller discovering her basement door was open. Police checked and secured the area.
