The boys in blue became one man stronger last night.

“This is a very exciting time for me and my wife and my family,” said Khang. “I never thought I would be here, to be honest, and since I’ve been here I’ve been happy and have learned a lot from these great guys and girls here.”

Khang was accompanied by many members of his family, and was sworn in by City Clerk Paul Przybylski and Chief of Police Kurt Heuer.
