This Saturday is your chance to go the extra mile to support local businesses.

Small Business Saturday will stretch to over a dozen of local Wisconsin Rapids businesses, and the Heart of Wisconsin is giving special incentive for shoppers to keep it local. This Saturday, residents can enter to win a $25 dollar gift certificate by posting a selfie of yourself shopping at one of many local businesses featured in the Small Business Saturday promotion to the Heart of Wisconsin’s Facebook page.

Entrees should include the tag #ShopSmallSelfie with their photo.

Photos should be posted by Monday, Nov. 28 by 5:00 p.m. A winner will be announced on Tuesday, Nov. 29. The businesses taking part in the promotion include:

Shoe Sensation, Bow Wow Meow, Blu Play Cafe, Rubi Reds, Prairie Sage Home, Radiant Life Reiki and Reflexology, Rapids Mall, Cranberry Creek, the UPS Store, Trading Post, Green Tree Natural Food Market, Sears Home Store, Home Furniture, and Blades Hair Studio.

For more information, please call 715-423-1830.
