Grand Rapids Among Safest Places to Live in Wisconsin

There are 190 places to call home in Wisconsin, and Grand Rapids ranks No. 12 out of all of them when it comes to safety.
According to a study done by Alarm System Reviews by way of FBI Uniform Crime Report data, Grand Rapids ranks 12th among all Wisconsin towns and cities for safety. Grand Rapids is the 13th largest town in Wisconsin, and the third largest community in Wood County.
With a population of 7,587, and a violent crime rate of only 0.4, it’s easy to see why Grand Rapids made the list. The town of Algoma took the top spot out of all places on the list.
