The South Wood County Historical Museum wants to celebrate the holidays with you during their ‘Christmas Tree Walk.’

As a means of adding a cheerful element to the community’s holiday celebration and showcase during this festive time of the year, the museum will be decorated with themed Christmas trees, holiday table decorations, and special Christmas collections, all provided by local organization and individuals.

Refreshments will also be part of this free event.

The four day event will take place on Saturday and Sunday, Dec. 3 & 4 from 12:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m., Friday, Dec. 9 from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., and Saturday, Dec. 10 from 12:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.

“I hope this will continue to be an annual event and serve as a kickoff for the holiday season and draw more attention to our lovely Museum,” said chairperson Judy Paul.

The South Wood County Historical Corporation sponsors the Christmas Tree Walk. The museum is located at 540 3rd St. South.
