Drug Deal: At 11:27 a.m. a possible drug deal was reported between two groups of people in two vehicles on the 1700 block of 17th Ave. South

Bike Thief: At 3:31 p.m. a complaint was made from the 100 block of 2nd St. South over the theft of a bike from the back of a tavern.

Passed Out: At 12:55 a.m. a call was made from an establishment on the 400 block of E. Grand Ave. concerning a man passed out in the bathroom. The man is allegedly a known heroin user.

Window Lurker: At 4:00 a.m. a call was made from the 3200 block of Lincoln St. in regards to a person shining lights into the caller’s windows.
