Christopher A. (Omaha, NE), an independent market research firm specializing in the healthcare sector. The firm presents their 2016 PRC Excellence in Healthcare Awards to organizations and individuals who have achieved outstanding ratings for performance in the prior year.

Results based on patient feedback

PRC collects and analyzes patient-scored discharge forms that include ratings for Timely Care, Provider Communication, Overall Provider Rating, and Courteous/Helpful Office Staff. The individual Top Performer designation is awarded to doctors who score at or above the 100^th percentile Overall Quality of Care “Excellent” rating from the firm’s national client database.
