Vehicle Squatter: At 7:35 p.m. a call was made from the 700 block of Chase St. regarding two people sitting on top of her vehicle without permission.

Shopping High: At 11:58 p.m. a call was made from a business on the 2500 block of W. Grand Ave. concerning the people believed to be under the influence of drugs that had just left the store.

Feb. 3

Phone Harassment: At 1:23 p.m. a call was made from the 400 block of Chestnut Ave. regarding harassment received through her phone and computer.

Vehicle Hostage: A call was made from a residence on the 800 block of 11th St. South in regards to a man who took a vehicle off a friend’s property, and refuses to return it without payment.

Gas Thief: At 9:00 p.m. a call was made from a store on the 1700 block of Baker Dr. over a gas drive-off of $35.

Trailer Practice: At 11:28 p.m. a complaint was made from the corner of 5th St. and Avon St. over a loud truck with a trailer attempting to back into a driveway, making too much noise.
